Very nice 3 1/2 open concept condo, 9 foot ceiling. Located on the top floor of the building (4th floor) of a condominium built in 2014. Our condo being the only one in the building to have been upgraded before finishing, 2-tone polymer cabinets and premium quartz countertops. We also added closets to the ceiling in the laundry and storage room. A beautiful canvas wall covers the back wall of the bathroom. We had the installation done in May 2018, of a heat pump and recessed LED lights. The painting to the taste of the day was also done throughout the condo in May 2018. Our condo includes 2 notarized parking spaces (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), as well as an individual storage space in the basement.
