The building, currently inhabited by several couples and a few families, is a place where it is really pleasant to live there. We find a very nice complicity with the other owners. To date, of the 16 units available, only 3 are occupied by tenants.

Being located to the far left (front view) of the building, this unit enjoys real privacy since only one wall is shared with the adjacent unit.
It also benefits from a beautiful natural light created by two additional windows: one in the kitchen and the other in the 3rd bedroom. Since the sun is in the front of the building from 1 pm, you will enjoy cooking in summer and winter while enjoying the daylight, and most importantly, thanks to the island of almost 10 feet! With the terrace, it is definitely one of the favorite places for 5 to 7!
Multiple storage spaces
Inside the condo is a cleverly organized storage space with shelves to maximize ranking. A small lingerie has also been added to measure during construction to facilitate the storage of towels and other cleaning items. In the basement there is also a large storage space for sheltering your bikes, Christmas decorations, tires, etc. A bicycle rack is also available outside between phases 2 and 3. L'immeuble, actuellement habité par plusieurs couples et quelques familles, est un endroit où il est réellement agréable d'y vivre. Nous retrouvons d'ailleurs une très belle complicité avec les autres propriétaires. À ce jour, sur les 16 unités disponibles, seulement 3 sont occupés par des locataires.
Un sentiment d'intimité important et une luminosité exceptionnelle
Étant située à l'extrême gauche (vue de face) de l'immeuble, cette unité jouit d'une véritable intimité puisqu'un seul mur est partagé avec l'unité adjacente.
Elle bénéficie également d'une belle luminosité naturelle créée par deux fenêtres supplémentaires: une dans la cuisine et l'autre dans la 3e chambre. Le soleil étant à l'avant de l'immeuble à compter de 13 h, vous apprécierez, été comme hiver, d'y cuisiner tout en profitant de la lumière du jour, et surtout, grâce à l'îlot de près de 10 pieds! Avec la terrasse, c'est définitivement l'un des endroits de prédilection pour les 5 à 7!
Plusieurs espaces de rangement
À l'intérieur du condo se trouve un espace de rangement habilement organisé avec des tablettes de manière à maximiser le classement. Une petite lingerie a également été ajoutée sur mesure lors de la construction pour faciliter le rangement des serviettes et autres articles de nettoyage. Au sous-sol se trouve également un grand espace de rangement permettant de mettre à l'abri vos vélos, décorations de Noël, pneus, etc. Un support à vélos est également disponible à l'extérieur entre les phases 2 et 3. Toutes les penderies ont également été bonifiées de manière à optimaliser l'espace disponible.
En bref cela fait un peu plus de 6 ans que j'y habite et je peux dire que j'adore ce condo, ce quartier et ses habitants! J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer des gens extraordinaires et de former de belles amitiés ici. Je ne peux rien promettre, sauf que vous y serez très heureux!
