Ground floor - allows you to enter your grocery store directly inside, without climbing stairs! The rooms in the condo were repainted in October. No holes on the walls, no decoration was installed.
Fenced backyard, which allows some outdoor activities. Large balcony that can accommodate a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a small table. Exterior lighting.
The living room features a newly installed faux concrete wall which gives the condo a unique character.
The bathroom features a wall of real barn wood, installed in 2018 and varnished to protect it, which gives it a modern and relaxing atmosphere. A large mirror has been installed to make good use of the space.
Large walk-in, which even allows you to walk to access items. Lighting has been improved. There is additional storage space in the walk-in closet.

The walk-in style pantry shelves have been changed to provide more storage. All fixtures have been replaced with new, modern, and high-quality fixtures. More aesthetic ceiling lights that provide better lighting have been placed in the storage spaces and in the "walk-in". Light dimmers have been added for more comfort. Recessed lights with dimmers have been added in the living room, bathroom, and master bedroom, making the condo more modern and allowing more practical lighting. Some outlets have been replaced by outlets that allow electronic devices to be recharged directly.
SONOS system to play your music anywhere in the condo from your cell phone, with wall controls. This allows you to set up an atmosphere.
The storage room shelf has been changed to allow more storage.
The shed is furnished with shelves and bicycle racks and makes storage much more pleasant and easy. We can accommodate more items.
The other three owners are respectful and courteous - a good understanding is present in the group and facilitates the management of the co-ownership.
The condo was lived in by a single owner who took great care of it! Interviews were done every season.
