OUR HOUSE IS WAITING FOR YOUR FAMILY!

Very comfortable house with lots of light and close to a multitude of services (Highway 30, bus, pharmacy, grocery stores, hospital, park)

Our house offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a large dining room with slow combustion fireplace, a huge living room with slow burning stove. You will also find plenty of storage in the living room and basement.

As for the outside, a perennial flowerbed on the front of the house and an automatic watering system, and the backyard has enough space to add a pool and spa.

If you wish, it would be possible to make a fourth bedroom. Also a second parking space is possible on the front of the house. 

You will spend wonderful moments in this house.
