** OCCUPANCY AUGUST 2021 **
Heaven on earth for a family with children! Beautiful 2010 cottage. Comfortable, warm, and cozy home with a lot of storage space. 1 walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Spacious driveway - can park 4 vehicles + 1 parking spot in the garage. Very big back yard, fenced around, with entrances from 2 sides of the house, with high deck attached to the back entrance from the dining area.
Central vacuum system, air conditioner, and air exchanger, as well. Very big bathroom on the second floor with big bathtub and separate shower cabin.
The house is located in a new and quiet neighborhood, very close to Road 138 and Highway 30. Quick access to an elementary school, municipal pool, library, and bicycle path. Also close to all the essential stores, hospital, CLSC, and more.
