FLEXIBLE OCCUPANCY
Heaven on earth for a family with children! New (covered by new construction warranty until 2018) comfortable, warm and cozy home with a lot of storage space, closet in each room and 2 walk-in closet. big driveway- can park 3 vehicles+1 parking spot in the garage. very big back yard, fenced around, with entrances from 2 sides of the house, with high deck attached to the back entrance from dining area.
All the appliances are included, alarm system, central vacuum installation system & air exchanger, as well. very big bathroom on second floor with triangle huge bathtub and separate shower cabin, special stand-on oval sink. all the details designed to ensure high efficiency and comfort in every day life with children.
The house is located on a blind alley in quite new neighborhood, very close to entrance to 138 and 30 highways, high evaluated elementary school, municipal pool, library, bicycle path, all the essential stores, hospital, CLSC and more.
