Very nice Fourplex situated on a quiet street (dead-end)close to all services.
Three out of four apartments have been renovated with time. The main apartment (which would be ideal for an occupant owner) takes roughly half of the entire building. It has 3 rooms on the first level and 2 in the basement(one small), 2 bathrooms (one big), a big concrete terrace, above ground pool with salt system and a central vacuum. The windows are thermo and the patio door is soundproof. It is presently rented at $1150 with a big potential of bringing up the rent.
The other 3 apartments are in very good condition and they bring $1900 in revenue monthly.
The roof has been redone in 2009 with quality products and the 3 balconies are fiberglass. The big driveway is made of uni pave and may hold as many as 18 cars if parked next to each other. The outside stairs are covered by ceramic.
