Very nice Triplex situated on a quiet street close to all services.

All apartments are rented to great tenants and they bring $28,860 annual income. Electrical heating is paid by tenants. Ground floor 3 bdrm apartment is rented for $890, second floor 3 bdrm unit for $820, basement 2 bdrm unit for $695

Front windows were changed in 2018, the entrance steps and 3 balconies are fiberglass. The big driveway is made of asphalt and may hold as many as 5 cars if parked next to each other. There are 2 storage sheds in the backyard and a wood patio.

Quiet area close to schools and parks, supermarket and shopping mall, not far from the hospital, Highway 30.
