This cozy bungalow is roomier than it might appear from the outside. Situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood  just a ten minutes drive to all services and stores in Cowansville. There is a large park at the end of the street with a playground, skating rink and woods. The house is nicely landscaped with a perennial garden in front and a large backyard. It has been well maintained and kept up to date with many renovations over the years. The interior is well laid out and functional with an open-plan kitchen/dining/living-room brightened by large windows and a southern exposure. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a fourth in the finished basement (presently an office) adjacent to a spacious family room with a bathroom on each level.  A/C wall unit with thermal pump on main floor.
