History of the house

Built by my father (main suite) and expanded in 1988 (secondary suite) to become a bi-generation (father and son).

Big and intimate piece of land of 7,650 square feet lined with hedges.

Each suite has its own independent front and back entrances including a separate treated wood deck in the backyard. Each suite has its own electric baseboard heaters, its own wall-mounted air conditioner, its own hot water tank, and its own washer/dryer entries. The main suite also has a slow-burning wood stove.

Sought-after neighborhood with 3 elementary schools (French, English, and alternative) within 200 meters. Public transportation by bus or commuter train is accessible in less than 5 minutes from the house. All other commodities nearby: grocery store, convenience store, drugstore, SAQ, and much more.
