Owners’ comments

Large property located in a quiet neighborhood, a wooded area without neighbors is at the rear of the property. The land is embellished with many mature trees.

With its secured heated triple garage of 24'x 36' has a section of 24'x 24'and another of 12'x 24'. The 3 doors are all equipped with garage door openers.

There is a  heated in-ground pool is 16'x 40' in size and there is also a pressure treated deck of 16'x 32' that was renovated in 2020. A garden shed of 15'x 18' is also included. The U shaped driveway can accommodate more than 15 cars. Located at 7 minutes from autoroute 10.

Oak hardwood floors are installed in three of the 4 bedrooms, the 4th has oak laminate flooring 12mm. Each room has a large closet. There is 2 bathrooms located on the 1st floor and 1 half bathroom located in the basement. There is also a cedar closet in the basement.

Multiple renovations were done on this property, for example:
