This bright house offers a friendly and family living space, in a peaceful area set back from the busy streets. Quality construction, well soundproofed and very warm, Well maintained over the years with recent renovations: roof, windows, floors, bathroom.
This beautiful large Bigenerational house with fireplace, backyard and a pretty vegetable garden in front is located in the heart of Granby. A few minutes walk from Principale Street and a host of amenities such as the hospital, dentists, pharmacies, elementary schools, library, SAQ, performance hall, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, laser-tag, mini putts and of an immense park with hundred-year-old trees, stream, swings and small hiking trails. There are also bike paths nearby, the Granby Zoo, Lake Boivin, the nature interpretation center and Yamaska Park. A host of activities and special events for the whole family are available in the neighborhood.
