Amazing cottage with unique character in the heart of Granby.
This English style house has a large living room with a fourteen-foot ceiling, a wood fireplace, and a marble heating floor. This room gives access to the beautiful and intimate landscaped backyard, and to the salted heated inground pool.
On the first floor, we find a large kitchen with a central island just beside the dining room. The stove is working with propane.
Just beside, and splitted by french doors, the second living room and it's great antique style chandelier.
There is three rooms on the second floor, with two that are splitted by french doors. We find a cute bathroom with a clawfoot bath, just beside the main room.
An easy access to the attic allows you to store lot of stuff.
Nice location near the bike path, parks, schools, and grocery.
