Owners’ comments
Condo with 2 large bedrooms with open concept living room, kitchen. Lots of storage space, 3 walk-in closets, super spacious, corner unit with 1.5 parking spaces next to the door next to the condo. (This takes away the feeling of multi-unit a bit) The positioning of the building in relation to the neighbors greatly attenuates the sound of the highway. The backyard is very large and connects several backyards together which will give a small peaceful path at the back of the building. Across the street we find a multidisciplinary library with a cycle path and a linear park as far as the eye can see. Directly in front there is a park with machines for training park gym. If we continue our walk, one minute across the other street, there is a youth center with water games a swimming pool as well as several playgrounds, soccer etc. There are several parks very close as well as 3 with water games. If we go 4 minutes further by crossing the highway on the small pedestrian bridge, we have access to the waterfront, sunset, canoe kayak center, with another linear park as far as the eye can see. One minute from the highway, easy access to Montreal and the surrounding area, as well as to the bus terminal. There is also a farmer's market with excellent food. Easy access to hiking trails in the fields, there is also a golf course nearby as well as horse riding and a beach campsite 20 minutes away. Dream area to live in, comfortable spacious condo, renovated, foundation roof door patios and windows. The only thing missing is someone to come enjoy!!
