Cottage with single garage located in the Grand Boisé area, close to all services, and a wooded area accessible from the backyard.
4 bedrooms including 3 upstairs and the master bedroom have a walk-in closet. In the basement are the other bedroom, 1 family room, 1 storage room (which can also be used as an office) a cedar closet, and 1 large glass shower bathroom (5'x 3') with a ceramic floor. A bathroom and laundry room are on the ground floor. Wall-mounted air conditioning and heating on all bathroom floors.
