Open concept 920 square feet condo on the 3rd floor, built in 2009. Nicely maintained and recently freshly painted. Nice dark brown vinyl floors throughout. Located at the end of the street, in a roundabout (very quiet street). 1 outdoor parking lot with easy access to 116, A-30, 20 and 10. Pets allowed. Public transport nearby. Possibility of including fridge and stove.
