Spacious 4 ½ on the upper floor, located in the new ecological and energy-efficient Faubourg Cousineau project. Close to highways 10, 20, 30, shopping centers and 30 minutes from downtown Montreal.
The REM project (light rail), should be built within minutes of the condo as of 2021, which will bring an interesting value in the years to come. We are promised an electric transport to downtown Montreal in less than 15 minutes.
Very functional kitchen with an island that can accommodate 6 people, and space for a dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with walk-in closet and large storage in the vanity. Beautiful living room opening onto the terrace, which can accommodate a large table and a BBQ. Bright bedroom with nice closet. Large locker outside near the parking lot for extra closet space or to store boxes, bikes, etc.
Central air conditioning. Possibility to install a central vacuum cleaner. Two exterior parking with very good snow removal. The concierge of the building, as well as snow removal, are included in the condo fees of 100$. We also have an excellent contingency fund!
