Quiet, well lit condo near most services. Thanks to the heat pump, this corner unit is comfortable summer and winter and heated and cooled at a low cost.

A parking space is assigned to the condo. The building is equipped with surveillance cameras and an elevator. A bicycle storage room on the lower level is secured. Next to the condo, a 3 x 7 feet storage room comes with the condo.

Well located, near grocery stores, numerous restaurants, banks, SAQ, CLSC, Park de la Cité and bicycle path.
