Large kitchen with granite countertop and island,and patio door overlooking the 12 x 24 multi-storey outdoor patio. In the bathroom there is an independent ceramic shower, a whirlpool bath as well as a TV and a small drink fridge.


BASEMENT:
There is aground floor in the basement with two independent entrances and exits fully built and finished in 2013 as well asrefreshes in 2020. In the kitchen, the freezer is built in and included in a piece of furniture that harmonizes with the kitchen cabinets. There is also a butcher block counter of 25.5 x 38.5. There is a small 3x7walk-incloset located in the master bedroom.

Concrete block clearing is protected from leaks by a ?Delta? membrane over the entire interior surface of the building which flows directly to the drain to prevent water damage.
