Beautiful 2009 condo situated in the Parcours du Cerf district on the garden level near the Michel-Chartrand park. Close to the bike path and the Arena as well as close to schools, daycare, and other services. Large open rooms with abundant windows ensuring good luminosity that is sure to please you.
