Condo is completely renovated in 2016!! Contemporary bathroom (fully tiled, new bathtub and toilet, a lot of storage in big drawers), floor in natural material (cork), big walk-in, new kitchen November 2016 shaker doors, a lot of spot lights all along the living space!

Orientation South so very low heating bill! Two big full-sized patio doors giving excellent lightning AM/PM and a huge balcony good for bbq!

Situated just in front of the Regional Parc of Longueuil and municipal golf. Beautiful green area.

Steel frame and concrete floor for excellent sound proofing (and corner unit) 

Near all services : grocery stores, pharmacy, Pierre-Boucher Hospital. Bus stop just in front! 20 minutes to the Longueuil metro hub on the bus and 11 min by car. Strategically close to 3 bridges.

Rubbish chute and laundry unit on every floor.
