Located 5 minutes from the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, this architect-designed apartment with its unique character will charm you! Designed in the 1950s, this former postal office underwent a major transformation in 2021 when it was transformed into 18 luxurious condominiums.

The unit is located on the 2nd and top floor. Its impressive 3 high concrete beams bring character. The former post office vault is located in the condominium and is now used as an office/guest room and kitchen annex. The lighting is perfectly integrated between the beams and helps to express the almost 10-foot high slab. The soundproofing is impeccable.

The kitchen is luxurious with its quality materials; high-end quartz countertops and backsplashes, concealed hood, generous storage, stain-resistant laminate doors, kitchen annex, and water outlet for refrigerator will contribute to your comfort.

The open concept living room and dining room are generously proportioned and ideal for entertaining. Although the unit does not have any outdoor spaces, a common terrace with a breathtaking view of the Jacques-Cartier bridge is available.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, is separated from the living area by a glass wall.
