Wow beautiful home ready to move in! Nice cottage with 3 dormers and real stone facade located in a sought after area of Longueuil. The perfect home for families with the bedrooms all located on the same floor. It is also a perfect home for telecommuting with a very large lighted desk and a walk-in closet. The basement is also very warm with the family room, the slow combustion stove, a training area and another office space. The backyard is intimate thanks to its many mature trees and the distance between the houses which is much greater than in new developments. The reason for selling the house is a need for more space to live with my parents when they are no longer independent. NB: My mother will take calls during the day, to take your contact details. She is very social but without experience so be kind and patient with her. She will take the calls and text me in the evening because I am working during the day. Make an offer, the buyer is more important than the price. The asking price is much lower than the final sale price with a Real estate company that push overbidding to the limit so you can expect savings of at least $ 40,000 to $ 50,000.

  • Salt system for swimming pools (2015)
    There is a heating system (furnace 2015) and central air conditioning (2015);
  • There is 1 high-end heat pump to heat the swimming pool (2009) which has required no maintenance in 12 years;
  • There is also an EPA slow combustion stove (2009) with 2100 chimney also changed in 2009 to be compliant. It is very popular on cold winter days or to protect us during power outages;
  • There is a heated inground pool with slide (canvas and skimmer 2007)
    There are 2 bathrooms with high-end ceramic shower and the upstairs bathroom has a heated floor (2009);
  • The upstairs bathroom has a double whirlpool tub with jets for the lower back and adjustable jets for the neck or upper back (2009);
    The rear windows and the patio door were changed in 2015 by top of the range (FENPLAST);
  • The glass of the wooden windows will be changed (April 2021)or refurbished (early May 2021); There will be a 10 year warranty transferable to the new owner;
  • The central island stove hood was changed for a new one in April 2021;
