Owners’ comments

Beautiful, sunny, warm and cozy finished house in the countryside but just a few steps away from the town and all the services. The house is located near a bus station that leads to Metro Longueuil as well as the train station that leads to Montreal.

In case of major power outage, everything was thought during the conception of the house so that the owner can stay cozy with peace of mind. The hot water tank, gas fireplace (38,000 BTU) and the gas hob in the kitchen are all powered by natural gas. Furthermore, there is a safe electrical installation for an electrical generator to ensure a perfectly functional house in case of a power outage.

View on the mountain and frequent visits from roe deers in the backyard. There are pedestrian trails in the forest at the end of the backyard as well as trails for ATV that leads to the mountain.

There's also an independant entrance in the basement which is ideal for self-employed workers. Possible to convert the basement in a small business or a small appartment.

2 separate driveways, one with 4 spots and the other can fit at least 5 cars. The double garage has a second floor, is new and was built in 2016. There is also enough space to fit a RV without losing any parking places.

The balcony was rebuilt last year (12x17) and the patio was done in 2018 (17x17) value of $14,000.

Absorption field was entirely rebuilt in 2011 with certificate of conformity to prove it. The maintenance is done by the town and included within the municipal tax.

Built-in oven is new as well as the dishwasher.

Comes with a Napoleon BBQ (natural gas) and eletrical generator in case of ice storm.
