At 50 meters from Clubhouse la Seigneurie, this detached, single-family residence with cathedral ceilings and finished basement was built in 1998. It is built completely with red brick walls layed over wood. Its construction certified Nouveau Confort by Hydro-Quebec is of superior quality and the materials that compose it make it a luxurious residence. Located in a homogeneous district with houses of the same quality and the same price scale, the residence mostly occupies the land where it is located. The land is well maintained with small trees and there is a large conifer in front.
The main floor, with two bedrooms and a central vacuum, covers an area of 1392 square feet. There is an entrance hall and a kitchen with garbage disposal and a dishwasher. The counters are in laminate and the oak cupboards with lighting under the counters. There is a dining room, a laundry room equipped with good quality cabinets, a bathroom with a separate shower and Neptune brand therapeutic bath. In addition, there is a propane fireplace with remote control in the center which can heat the entire ground floor in the event of a power failure.
The 955 square feet basement is finished and includes a cold room, a family room with a pool table, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, and a dinette that served as a wine room with baseboard heater to control the temperature in the room, sink and cabinets.
