Must be seen: This well kept multi-units is comprised of 8 apartments (3 1/2) which is situated in a quiet residential area of Mont St. Hilaire.
The exteriors walls of this building are finished with a combination of brick veneer and fiber cement. All fiberglass balconies have been restored in 2016. The stair cases connected to the side balconies have also been replaced in 2016 (see pictures). All railing connected to the balconies have been replaced with low maintenance aluminum product. The roof shingles have been replaced between the years 2009 - 2011. In addition, renovations have been completed in many of the apartments.
With multiple flowers at the front of the building, the landscape of this property is beautiful in the summer months.
Parts of the pavement has also been repaired. The tenants have acces to two common lockers.
