-Fees of $ 65 / month for insurance and snow removal
-Construction 1995, Roof redone in 2011.
-3 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms on the upper level (one with mezzanine in the cathedral ceiling) and 1 bedroom in the basement, with walk-in closet.
-Laundry room (with storage 2020) in the basement and hot water tank 12/2019.
