Owners’ comments
Wonderful home in a peaceful neighbourhood with a back yard to die for. Very rare on the market! Completely fenced with mature trees. A spacious and practical home where living is good! Option for bi-generation, up to 5 bedrooms and two offices to work from home. Major renovation in 2009 (Exterior finishing, roof, garage, and family room.) Only one owner. Important value increase with REM development. Just a stone throw from Chambly but without the serious traffic problems of that town. House will be available in June-July 2021.
