Magnificent property set on a stunning 2.17-acre lot with stunning views of Mount Shefford. A peaceful and very intimate environment, a haven of peace assured. A small lake with a fountain and landscaped land of mature trees, shrubs, and perennial flowers embellish the view of the property. The area where the property is located is the only location in Shefford served by the water and sewer services of the municipality. No neighbors in the bottom of the land, a small forest located on the back of the house will please you. There is a small garage with an electric entrance of 100 amps, heated and equipped with an alarm system. Ideal for a handyman.  The house is equipped with an anti-theft alarm system and 2 smoke detectors connected to an alarm center and 4 surveillance cameras connected with your smartphone. 

A 3 seasons solarium is part of the property and communicates on the rear and front treated wooden galleries with a view of the lake. A SPA (2020) under a sun shelter installed on a terrace made of concrete slabs is included.

Shefford was named in 2021 the city of happiness in Quebec according to a Leger survey in April 2021.  Located 1 hour from Montreal or Sherbrooke. We have access to several locations close to the property;
