Beautiful natural light, hardwood floors. Laundry room, large 6.6 X 6 feet walk-in closet with lots of additional storage. Electric fireplace integrated into a stone wall. Loudspeakers integrated into the ceiling in all rooms. Thermo pump, windows, and patio door changed in 2019. Water heater 2017. Renovated kitchen with quartz countertop, porcelain floor, and central island with walnut top in 2020. The cover was redone in 2020. Central sweeper and storage space private in the underground garage. To admire the balcony view with vinyl surface The 26-unit building was built in 1996 and is located in a very peaceful area and close to all services.
