Renovated bathroom (2018); 14 thermostats replaced in 2013; weather-strip; varnished birch floor, 2018; main door and garage door, 2012; roofing 2010-2011.  Windows are all been changed en 2015. Bathroom and kitchen completely renoved 2018   basement rented at 1150$/month but can leave with advice of one month
