The duplex is split into 2 apartments; the main one is on 2 floors (1st and 2nd floor) and a 3 1/2 (half basement). All apartments are air-conditioned. The monthly income is $1,280 for the main apartment and $655 for the 3 1/2. Electricity and heating at the expense of the tenants.
Large fenced lot, double-width parking, and a shed for the main apartment. The duplex is located in a quiet residential area near all services in the city of St-Amable.
