Family and peaceful area near all services, highways (20-30-132), restaurants, and the school. Only 20 minutes from Beloeil and 35 minutes from the tunnel.

The kitchen with abundant fenestration contains a central island (granite), many cabinets, pantry entrance, and marble backsplash. The kitchen and dining room are open concept. The living room is spacious. There is an insulated cold room in the basement for more storage.
