Property located in a peaceful, quiet area, where very few cars pass.
Located 2.5 km from the commuter train, a shopping center (grocery store, dentist, pharmacy, bank) and Route 116.
Located near a park, a bike path, an arena (Arena Jean-Rougeau), a library, a daycare, a primary school.
House very well oriented with morning sun in the kitchen and the dining room. Much of the backyard is in the shade during the afternoon. The above ground pool receives the sun energy all day long.
