Located on the second line of the street, it will bring you peace, serenity, and security. No neighbor above and below, very quiet, and no garage door under the house.

Bright, well-insulated (addition of moss in the attic in 2021), and a healthy building. Hunter Douglas louvers on the two bay windows and stores on other windows installed in 2017. Blackout curtain to all 3 bedrooms.

All the water in the house is carbon filtered at the main water inlet (shower, bath, taps, garden, etc) and a reverse osmosis filtration system (with re-mineralizer) is installed at the kitchen sink. Geobiology report given to the buyer.

Concierge service, snow removal, and landscaping included: garbage/recycling, general maintenance, fully cleared of snow to your door, lawn, flower beds, pool maintenance, etc. It really is the perfect home to enjoy life!
