The ancestral country home of your dreams!

Built in 1899, the plumbing, electricity, insulation, full finished basement, doors and windows, metal roof (MAC Industries), porch ramp and more have either been replaced or renovated. 

The stable was transformed into a garage which can be transformed again according to your needs. The garage is insulated and heated with propane. The 2nd floor of the garage has been made into an art workshop with an outdoor entrance. The barn was built in 1933 and has been restored and solidified. 

The house has 3 fireplaces. In the kitchen, you will find a fireplace for pizza or a romantic evening. There is another fireplace in a little breakfast nook. The last fireplace is situated in the beautiful spacious living room. 

The gorgeous wooden floors in the kitchen are original to the house. The house has pine and oak wood floors. The floors in the basement and in the upstairs office are covered with carpets. The two bathroom have ceramic flooring. 

In the basement, there is a pantry with a sink and a room that has served as a living-room/bedroom with a queen-size Murphy bed. There is also a beautiful cedar closet in the basement.  

The high efficiency central heating, the hot water and the BBQ are run on natural gas.

The driveway has been asphalted.
