Dining room that can easily accommodate a large table.
Bathroom ground floor with vanity with 2 sinks, a shower, toilet and space for washer-dryer. Equipped with a backlit mirror.
Always on the ground floor we find on the right a room / office with double closet and the bottom left another large bedroom with double closet.


To go to the second floor we take an oak staircase of a good width (almost 4 feet)
On the second floor there are 3 very large bedrooms that can serve as one of the master bedroom.
