Corner unit, close to downtown Saint-Lambert and public transportation (commuter train and bus). Open concept, lots of light with a large covered balcony (10x12). Low condo fees (184$ per month).

Large kitchen with granite countertops and porcelain backsplash, bathroom with heated floor and two sinks. Lots of storage, two walk-in closets and a linen closet. One parking space in the heated garage and storage space (4'x8') included.

Inclusions: Window fabrics with blackout ($6000 value), light fixtures, appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher) all without warranty.
