The building, Jardins du Golf Phase 2, is located next to the Golf of Saint-Lambert and offers breathtaking views with magnificent sunsets all year round.
The more than 1,100 square feet apartment was completely renovated in 2020, up to date, with quality materials. The open-plan rooms are spacious and bright.
The large living room allows the placement of several pieces of furniture and armchairs. The two corner patio doors lead to a large balcony with generous views.
The trendy kitchen is designed to inspire and satisfy cooking enthusiasts. There is plenty of storage and the drawers and doors are soft-close. In addition to very practical Lazy-Suzans, there is a spacious pantry. The counters are made of quartz and around the peninsula, you can seat 4 people comfortably. The vent is combined with a powerful microwave. The dishwasher is included. In addition, there is a connection for water to the fridge, a garburator, and built-in trash cans for garbage and recycling. A composting bin is provided in the garage.
A large open dining room space is adjacent to the kitchen and the living room.
