The property has enormous potential. Land of over 90,000 square feet with approximately 250 linear feet directly on the banks of the Richelieu River. It is located in the municipality of St-Ours, about 20 minutes from Sorel-Tracy. Due to the very large size of the land, you can build a very large residence.
The land has a boat ramp that overlooks the mouth of a deep-water creek, making it easier to launch a boat.
