I own a few buildings and this one for a little over 10 years. I do not hesitate to do the necessary work in order to protect my buildings well to protect their value and not simply on the cosmetic level. Indeed in order to protect the integrity and durability of this building I have carried out these works over the years:

Installation of a French drain and waterproofing of the foundation. (2018) I took the opportunity to redo the slopes of the land in order to drain the water well away from the building.
