Superb property located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city of Ste-Catherine. The street is in a U shape (almost local traffic only). Beautiful and large sunny property (the sun is in the backyard all day long).

This wonderful house offers you three bedrooms located on the same floor, a bathroom, and an open concept between the kitchens, the dining room, and the living room. Plenty of storage place. The washer and dryer are located in the basement with a laundry chute. The backyard is equipped with a ground patio with a size of 14 feet by 23 feet going all the way to the pool deck. From the end of the afternoon, the dining area (outside) is in the shade. A 21-foot swimming pool which is in the sun from the morning to the evening.

A semi-finished basement for a possible additional bedroom of good size (9.3 feet by 14.25 feet). Sufficient space for a large bathroom, a game room, a home theater, a family room or according to your needs and a section for storage, and more.

Roofing done in 2018 and exterior window caulking (silicone) done in 2020.
