Best buy quality/price! You will not be disappointed with your visit. Very nice condo on the 1st floor with 2 large bedrooms with walk-in closets in each bedroom.
Roof redone in September 2019. Heat pump installed in July 2017.
Very well managed, with reasonable condo fees and spotlessly clean inside and out.
Close to all services (shopping center, pharmacy, grocery stores, restaurants, gym), a large park right next to the building with children's play modules. Bike path, convenience store with ATM machine at the corner of the street, and a bus heading to downtown Montreal terminus a two-minute walk away.
