Very large and beautiful condo, well maintained, painting autumn 2017, beautiful trendy colors. The condo is located on the private site of the Ste-Julie Golf Summit with good dimensions rare on the market. Near the Richelieu Valley Golf and a wooded walking path of about 4 km.

Level 1:

  • The main entrance on level 1 has a large deep closet with several poles and storage shelves under the stairs.


 Level 2:

  • The large main balcony has a beautiful Gazebo surrounded by a mosquito net and ramp covers (2017), ensuring complete privacy, and with the gas outlet for the BBQ.
  • Beautiful living room with bay window and gas fireplace (Napoleon) on 3 sides, the ceiling of 9 feet.
  • Open plan living and dining room with kitchen, allowing for exchange between family and friends.
  • The dining room is large and comfortable and has wall air conditioning. The entrance to the main balcony is accessible by the dining room.
