 This property features a waterfront 3-story home in Venise-en-Québec. Despite being waterfront, there is no chance of flooding because of its location on the highest point of the peninsula. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac and connected to other streets that are perfect for an afternoon stroll. Major renovations were done in 2008. Includes many unique features such as an exercise room and a relaxing deck with sunset views.

 Unique Features:

o   2 automatic propane fireplaces as heating sources in case of a power outage
