Beautiful ancestral with modern comfort. Renovated, nothing to do to enjoy this peaceful home and environment.

Coffered ceilings on the ground floor. Visible beams on the second and third floor. Three skylights on the rear part of the new metal roof. Two fireplaces, possibility to have 4 bedrooms.

Large lot, pool beside the summer kitchen, and old milkhouse converted for the perfect modern outdooring.

Stable for two horses, outside lighted ring. May also be used for other activities.

Tack room with washer and dryer, stable lounge with fireplace, bathroom, shower... can be used as a  four-season guest house, homeworking, or lounge for teenagers!

Mature trees,  surrounded by crop fields, horses, close to the golf club, at only 5 minutes from the village, the St-Laurent river, the marina. Only 20 minutes from the LHL tunnel.

Unique, among the most beautiful ancestral homes of Verchères, was published in the Journal de Montréal, Le Journal De Québec, and La Presse. Listed in the inventory of built heritage, but not classified.
