Garden, backyard, solarium, and kitchen on the 1st, bathroom, and kitchen on the 2nd, facing south: view of mountains and lake. Located where Montérégie and the magnificent Estrie region meet. Proximity: Bromont, Granby, Lac-Brome.

Many services accessible by foot: primary schools (French, English) and secondary, food market, pharmacy, medical clinic, CLSC, CHSLD, restaurants, parks, tennis courts, bicycle paths, arena, library, Maison de la culture.

By car: about 20 km from 3 hospitals; minutes from many lakes, golf courses, and ski slopes including Bromont, Orford, Sutton, Owl's Head.
