Magnificent condo in Ahuntsic decorated in the style of the day and very warm, located less than 10 minutes walk from the Promenades Fleury. Very well soundproofed, thick windows (thermos low) for those who like quietness with a magnificent view from the balcony, no rear neighbours.

One owner and very well maintained. 2 closed bedrooms.  Large storage space in the condo and a second storage space in the garage.
