Cozy condo located in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough on the fourth floor of a building built in concrete with excellent insulation and soundproofing.

Recent renovations to the condo:

- The living room and bedroom floors changed in July 2018 to high-end floating floors (waterproof to water damage and extremely resistant to scratches).

- New 12,000 BTU Comfort Aire air conditioner, energy efficient and treated against corrosion, purchased and installed in August 2018; - Bathroom renovated in 2014: ceramic floor, sink unit and ceramic on the wall, hood changed;

- The elevator motor was changed in 2017;

District :

- Located a few minutes from primary and secondary schools and just a stone's throw from the CÉGEP de Bois-de-Boulogne;

- Less than 5 minutes from the Du Ruisseau train station, which provides access to downtown Montreal in just 15 minutes (currently closed for the construction of the REM)

- Close to the Central Market and the Rockland shopping center;

- Served by several bus lines going to different metro stations in less than 10 minutes;

- Couche-Tard 2 minutes walk;

- Medical clinic 5 minutes walk;
