Large corner unit located on the 5th floor with stunning views. 2-bedroom condo with engineered wood floors, open concept with a contemporary look, offering indoor garage space and locker. Great location, close to all services. A must see!

This condo offers breathtaking views of not only the city, but also green spaces including Marcelin Wilson Park, located directly in front of the building. Its impressive fenestration with floor-to-ceiling glass walls makes the main living area a luminous place to live in.

Appealing kitchen with granite countertops, lunch counter and lots of storage. The contemporary-looking bathroom offers an independent glass and ceramic shower. Both bedrooms are of very good size and you can also access the balcony through the master bedroom.

The condominium, built in 2012, is located in the Cité l'Acadie Phase II project. The building is very safe and has a surveillance system and smart access, in addition to an intercom.
